Breakfast, 9:00 a.m.
So for breakfast today I had cereal! It was the Kellogg’s corn flakes! I like this brand because it is not sugary… I think is the healthiest you can get, when it comes to cereal! and I am talking cereal texture, not the very healthy tasteless ones… You know what I am mean!
I also added two tablespoons of homemade muesli, to add some nutritious value to my meal.
ohh, I chopped up a small banana and I added the milk!
On the side, I had my coffee with a splash of milk! The uze! :p
Snack, 13:00 p.m.
I know it is lunch time but I was at the Christmas Market, here in Nicosia, so I decided to have some grilled corn on the cob! It is the traditional Cypriot street food and it is yummy!
Lunch, 4:00 p.m.
For lunch today I had a sandwich…. made with whole wheat and seed bun, pesto spread, mozzarella, tomato and rocket! I did not eat the fries…
And I also had a cappuccino…
Dinner, 9:30 p.m.
After lunch I was full for hours! When I finally wanted to eat something it was already too late… I was also very lazy to cook! So my dinner/ late-night snack was a whole wheat rusk with a slice of halloumi cheese and a cut out tomato… very simple and quick!
