Breakfast, 9:10 a.m.
Hey there! What I eat in a day is baack!
For breakfast today I had two whole wheat rusks with halloumi cheese and chopped tomato! I also drizzled the tomato with some olive oil and a dash, a sprinkle… a dash of oregano. Anyway, I topped it with oregano! :p
On the side I had my americano with a splash of semi-skimmed milk. #cantforgetthecaffeine
Oh yeah, I had some fruit as well; grapefruit slices in particular!
Lunch, 1:30 p.m.
The breakfast was very filling so it kept me full for a very long time!
For lunch, I had some leftover bolognese pasta from yesterday.
It was delicious!
Dinner, 7:00 p.m.
Because I had no idea what to eat for dinner, I made breakfast for dinner, kind of! It was good and quick! I am not sure how it looks, though! :p Do not let the picture deceive you! xixixi :p
I prepared scrambled eggs using two eggs, a splash of milk and the tiniest amount of butter. On the side I decided to make a simple salad with some halloumi cheese, red bell peppers, lettuce and tomato – very easy! I also added some oil, salt and lemon juice in the salad.
To top it all of, I decided to have one orange!
I do not know what is happening with me these days, but I really crave juicy fruits.
I am in vitamin deficiency, I guess!
Late Night – Tea Time, 8:40 p.m.
Before bedtime I decided to have a tea in my #AWESOME mug.
It was the reason I had that teaaaa! Just kidding…
Well, I had the Clippers night night tea bag, and it was very soothing! It was an infusion of cinnamon, chamomile, valerian and other herbs… It was exactly what I needed! 🙂
