Breakfast, 10:00 a.m.
For breakfast, I had some homemade delicious and nutritious muesli (which was made with roasted almonds, toasted rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, all sorts of dried berries, raisins, coconut and medjool dates) with a cup of semi-skimmed milk, half sliced banana and a dash of cinnamon – you cannot forget cinnamon! 🙂

On the side, I had a cappuccino – made with a teaspoon of sugar and semi-skimmed milk! I always need my caffeine in the morning!
Lunch, 2.00 p.m.
For lunch today, I had a tuna sandwich with tomato and onion salad on the side.
To make the tuna salad I used a small can of tuna packed in brine (drained), 1 teaspoon of light mayo, 1-2 teaspoons of corn, salt, pepper and lemon.
Dinner, 6 p.m.
Dinner today was delicious and, definitely, not nutritious! Ahaha… but that is ok, because I really do not have this dinner regularly! Ok, the salad was nutritious! :p
I had a piece of pastitsio (which is the Greek version of the Italian meat lasagna)!! The ingredients are similar to the lasagna recipe, but the layering is different. So, there is a layer of boiled pasta and cheese on the bottom, then a layer of meat sauce in the middle and, finally, bechamel sauce on top! Yum! Recipe for pastitsio is coming up soon, as well.
On the side I had a cup of kale salad and a sliced tomato! To make myself feel better! :p
Dessert, 7:00 p.m.
Can’t forget about dessert!
I had two medium crepes, with a Tablespoon of peach jam, a dash of cinnamon – of course- and the other half of my morning banana! You can find the recipe for the crepes here.
