Breakfast time, 10:00 a.m.
One of my go-to breakfast options is eggs with bread. This morning I had two soft-boiled eggs, with a slice of bread and a cup of cold freddo! I know that there are people who hate soft-boiled eggs and people who believe that runny egg-yolks have bacteria. Well, I am “careful” with my eggs, for this reason I prefer the organic ones!
Lunch time, 2:00 p.m.
I love Sunday lunches! I had chicken pilaf with sauteed chicken, rice and caramelized onion & carrots. Did I mention that it was delicious! 🙂
Snack time, 5 p.m.
I usually prefer to have some sort of fruit for snack. Today I chose a pear!
Dinner time, 8:00 p.m.
For dinner, I was not feeling like cooking, so I just made an open-faced sandwich with a big piece of bread, crumbled feta, chopped tomato and oregano! … and I sprinkled some parsley on top to decorate it!
Dessert time, 8:20 p.m
To complete my meals, for today, I had half of a baked apple, topped with some dried blueberries. I made this yesterday! You can find the recipe for the baked apples on my blog.
I forgot to mention that through out the day I drink a lot of water!
